We’ve all had moments of at least vengeful thoughts, if not actions. When we go down that path, things will almost always escalate on us, and our situation will quickly get out of control. Author Alexander Dumas got it right when he said “Hatred is blind and anger deaf: the one who pours himself a cup of vengeance is likely to drink a bitter draught.” This is basically what we see play out for Samson in Judges 15. We can learn some great lessons from the mistakes that he makes and the sound counsel of God’s Word. You can view Sunday’s sermon below in its entirety.
