The picture we have of Jesus birth in Bethlehem isn’t always perfectly accurate. There are a lot of assumptions that we make based on tradition and parts that we fill in because it seems information is lacking. While exploring one of those issues, we also dive into the reality that Joseph, Mary and baby Jesus didn’t get the position of honor when they went to Bethlehem, instead they got the leftovers. Sometimes that’s all Jesus get’s from us as well. The difference is that they didn’t know He was the Savior of the World and we do. Despite how we fail to give Jesus our best, He doesn’t treat us the way we’ve treated Him. In John 14 Jesus says that He’s going to prepare a place for us and in Revelation 21 we see a description of it. He is making room for you, if you have put your faith in Him.
